This is my third time renovating my salon...and even if project management is not really my strength, now I can see my vision happening. It's been a few weeks of planning. Main challenge is working and finishing on a weekend not to disrupt salon opening hours as much as possible. Last weekend started off with the transporters carrying my furniture to a garage (all for sale - great condition retro look - give me a call for viewing). Then came my tile-layer who tore out my old parquet. Nothing salvaged. It served its purpose for some years so it is time to let it go. Over Saturday and Sunday the tile layer was done with the new tiles. I had to listen about spacers and grouting...but he did a great job. Early Monday my fitter is at the salon bringing the new furniture and by the end of the day he was almost ready. Tuesday my team unpacked and gave the salon the touch of stylists. I am happy even if next weekend we have phase 2 - plastering and painting with my new look colours inside and out. Phase 3 is the signage.

I am sharing some pics for the journal.

 Stay tuned for more
